RETURNS

• Returns for orders placed on the website receive a gift card valid on our website. 
• Returns/exchanges must be received within 21 days of receipt. (see ineligible items below)
• Online purchase returns are eligible for an e-gift card - no cash refunds.
• Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

EXCHANGES

The item just didn’t work for you and you want to try a different size or something else? We offer refunds to original form of payment when you choose to shop for a replacement item. Complete your purchase and write the new order number on the return packing slip and include a copy with your return. We will ship your replacement items now and issue your refund to original payment when we process your return.

Damages/Defects: Please inspect all items for damage or defect and notify us at info@threadedpear.com of any damage or defect within 5-days of receipt.  Please include pictures of the flaw so we can see the damage and work with our designers, shippers and our team to improve. If available, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

Returnable Items:  Item may be returned if they are not listed as non-returnable below and must have any tags attached, be unwashed, unworn, unused, and free of any odors, stains or pet hair.
