Thank you so much for shopping Threaded Pear! We know that sometimes items are not as expected or don't fit and a return or exchange is necessary. We of course can't guarantee fit even with measurements.
RETURNS
- Returns for orders placed on the website receive a gift card valid on our website.
- Returns/exchanges must be received within 21 days of receipt. (see ineligible items below)
- Online purchase returns are eligible for an e-gift card - no cash refunds.
- Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive them.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
EXCHANGES
The item just didn’t work for you and you want to try a different size or something else? We offer refunds to original form of payment when you choose to shop for a replacement item. Complete your purchase and write the new order number on the return packing slip and include a copy with your return. We will ship your replacement items now and issue your refund to original payment when we process your return.
