DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Orders are shipped out between 1-3 days after order is placed. 
• Shipping costs and time frames of the items can be found in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart. 
• Normal estimated domestic USA delivery  is 5 to 10 business days. Express delivery options are also available.
• Rockstar Peach is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Postal Service or other carriers.
• Rockstar Peach is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing or stolen items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO.
• All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Rockstar Peach does not collect these prior to shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
• We are required to state the value of your order directly on the package by the custom authorities. Rarely, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages as it is at their sole discretion to release them.
• Once an order is placed you are responsible for all original shipping charges, applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to us. This includes any shipment that is refused delivery as a $15 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
• International deliveries can be delayed beyond our stated shipping times which is beyond our control and refunds/reimbursements for shipping costs cannot be offered
  

• 30-day return policy.
• Last chance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
• Free domestic return shipping on eligible items

To be eligible for a refund, include invoice and the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn and unused, must have tags attached, no fragrances, makeup or stains. 

Exchanges are done as a re-order (shipping costs will incur at time of re-order)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

International 

Same parameters as above, as well as:

International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order).

Once return request has been accepted, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs with preferred shipping carrier and to obtain tracking information as Rockstar Peach is not responsible for any lost/missing returns.

Please be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the U.S and will be subtracted from any refund dues if incurred.
